I really wanted Dropps to work out because I liked the idea of them and didn’t want to feel like I’d wasted money trying something new.
But after just a couple loads, my shirts and sheets started making my skin itch, especially around my arms and neck. I don’t usually react much to laundry detergent, so losing that “safe” clean laundry feeling was really frustrating.

I ended up stopping and rewashing everything with my old detergent, and the itching calmed down. It might be totally fine for some people, but if your skin is even a little sensitive, I wouldn’t risk it.

Not gonna lie, the products themselves are totally fine, but managing my subscription was kind of a hassle. Skipping an order or changing delivery dates took more clicks than I expected. I got it figured out in the end, but it definitely could be easier

I really wanted to like Dropps, but trying to figure out what’s actually in the pods and where the ingredients come from left me feeling kind of stuck. The pages sound good at first, but I kept clicking around and still had questions. Maybe the details are buried somewhere, but it felt frustrating, like I was trapped in a loop of vague info instead of getting clear answers. I just didn’t walk away feeling like they were being as transparent as I’d hoped.

I tried the Dropps dishwasher pods for a few weeks, my glasses still come out with spots all over them. The plates don’t look great either, kind of dull, like they didn’t really get fully clean.

I even cleaned out the filter and used rinse aid, but yeah, same problem. Didn’t really work for me, so I’m just going back to the stuff I was using before.

My order showed up late again, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. it kind of feels like they know it’s delayed but don’t want to make it obvious until the last minute. Frustrating when you’re just waiting around with no real info.

I really wanted these to work because my gym clothes and towels have been driving me crazy with that musty smell. I ran them through the wash hoping they’d come out fresh, but they still smelled off afterward. it was disappointing because I expected to feel like they were actually getting clean, and I just didn’t

I bought this because of the sustainability claims, but when it showed up, the packaging and shipping felt wasteful. It made me question how eco-friendly it really is. I also reached out about it and kind of felt like nobody actually read what I wrote, which didn’t help. Overall, I’m just not very convinced anymore.

I tried Dropps mainly because of the plastic-free shipping, and I do appreciate that the order showed up without a bunch of unnecessary plastic. That part was great. The box was beat up when it arrived though, and shipping took longer than I expected. My other gripe is that everything felt really automated — I couldn’t really get any actual human contact when I had questions, which was frustrating. Overall, it was decent, but not perfect

I ordered this a few weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it to show up. I’m not totally sure if the delay is on the seller’s side or the shipping company, but either way it’s been frustrating. Based on this experience, I probably wouldn’t order again

To be fair, I’ve only tried it on a few loads, so maybe it was just the types of stains or my washer, but my kid’s food spots and some dirt marks were still there after washing. I ended up rewashing everything with my usual detergent. For our laundry, it just didn’t feel worth it...

I was hopeful the return would be simple, but it turned into such a headache. At first I thought, okay, things happen, maybe it’ll just take a few days. But then the waiting dragged on and I started getting really annoyed because my money was still being held. I’m relieved it’s over now, but the whole refund process left a bad taste

dropps works fine, but managing my account was kind of a hassle. Took me too long to find subscription and billing changes. Not awful, just not very clear.

If you’re dealing with tougher laundry or items that need a fresher clean, I’d probably suggest trying something stronger or adding an extra booster

I don’t know how this is okay. The smell was so strong it stuck to everything, and after a while it actually started giving me headaches. I expected a light scent, not something that takes over the whole room.

The site kept jumping around on my phone, the cart was hiding like some little mystery button, and every page took forever to load. The subscription stuff was confusing too, and after retyping my info twice, I was done with that mess. The products might be fine, but the website definitely needs help.

I reached out to support and never got a real reply. Just the usual automated stuff that makes you feel like no actual person is ever going to read your message. Frustrating experience.

I had a feeling they’d be out of the pods I needed, and sure enough, they were. This seems to happen every time I actually need them, so at this point I’m not even surprised, just annoyed...

I like the whole idea of Dropps and all that, but the scent just wasn’t really doing much for me. My clothes came out clean, so that part was fine, but they didn’t have that fresh smell for very long. It’s not bad or anything, just not something I was super impressed with.
